Mr. Jimmy McDowell, 57, of Elberton, Ga. died Sunday February 23, 2014 at his home. Funeral Services will be Friday February 28, 2014 at 11 am in the Chapel of Strickland Funeral Home. Burial will be in the Nancy Hart Memorial Park. The body is at Strickland Funeral Home of Hartwell, where the family will receive friends Thursday evening from 6 pm to 8 pm.
