Mr. Jerry Thomas Osborne, Sr. of Hartwell, passed away Thursday, December 14, 2017 at his home.A memorial service celebrating Jerry’s life will be held Saturday, December 16, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. at the Reed Creek Baptist Church. A reception will follow the service in the church fellowship hall. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Reed Creek Baptist Church, 116 Boleman Hill Road, Hartwell, GA 30643. The Strickland Funeral Home of Hartwell is in charge of all arrangements.
