Mrs. Shelby Jean Fountain Parten, 85, of Hull, Georgia, died on Friday, April 1, 2022, at her home.  Funeral services will be held in the Pruitt Funeral Home Chapel at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, April 5, 2022.  Burial will follow in the Cary Memorial Gardens in Royston.  The body is at Pruitt Funeral Home where the  family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. on Monday, April 4, 2022.  At other times, the family will be at the home of Billy and Beth Parten.  Online condolences may also be sent to the family by visiting www.pruittfhroyston.com.  Pruitt Funeral Home – Royston, Georgia, is in charge of arrangements.
