Janice Johnson

Mrs. Janice Atkinson Johnson, 69, of Canon, Georgia, died on Saturday, May 21, 2022 at St. Mary’s Hospital, Athens. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, May 24, 2022 at 3:00 p.m. at the Bethany Baptist Church.  Burial will be in the Bethany Baptist Church Cemetery.  The body is at Strickland Funeral Home of Hartwell where the family will receive friends on Monday, May 23, 2022, from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Other times the family will be at the home.  Flowers are optional, or memorials may be made to the Bethany Baptist Church, 2085 Bethany-Bowersville Road, Canon, GA 30520.  Online condolences may also be sent to the family by visiting www.stricklandfh.com.  Strickland Funeral Home and Cremation Services – Hartwell Chapel is in charge of the arrangements.
