Mr. James Horace Brown, 69, of Royston, Ga. died Monday March 3, 2014 at Athens Regional Medical Center. Funeral Services will be Thursday March 6, 2014 at 2 pm in the Chapel of Strickland Funeral Home of Hartwell. Burial will be in the Rehoboth Baptist Church Cemetery. The body is at Strickland funeral Home of Hartwell, where the family will receive friends Thursday from 1 pm to 2 pm. The family is at the home of Ed & Fay Brown Royston.
