Mr. J.C. Bailey, 83, of Hartwell passed away Tuesday January 31, 2017 at his home. Funeral services will be Sunday February 5, 2017 at 2 pm in the Chapel of Strickland Funeral Home of Hartwell. Burial will be in the Forest Lawn Memorial Park Anderson, S.C. The body is at Strickland Funeral Home of Hartwell, where the family will receive friends from 6 pm to 9 pm Saturday evening.
