Mrs. Iris Julienne Garmon Simonds, 65 of Royston, Ga. passed away on Tuesday January 7, 2014 at the Ty Cobb Regional Medical Center in Lavonia, Ga. Funeral services will be held at 1 pm Friday at the Pruitt Funeral Home Chapel in Royston, Ga. Interment will follow in the Zion Baptist Church Cemetery in Braselton, Ga. t 4 pm Friday afternoon. The family will receive friends from 6 pm to 8 pm Thursday evening . The family is at their respective homes. Pruitt Funeral Home in Royston, Ga. is in charge of arrangements.
