Mrs. Irene Belcher Wagster, 81, of Hartwell, passed away Wednesday, June 28, 2017 at her home. Funeral services will be Friday, June 30, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. in the Chapel of the Strickland Funeral Home of Hartwell. Burial will be in the Nancy Hart Memorial Park. The body is at the Strickland Funeral Home of Hartwell, where the family will receive friends from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. Friday prior to the service. Flowers are welcome. The Strickland Funeral Home of Hartwell is in charge of all arrangements.
