Inter-Agency Investigation Breaks Up Multi-State Meth Trafficking Operation

Late Monday, the Appalachian Regional Drug Enforcement Office announced it had arrested
suspects in three counties.

ARDEO spokesperson Mitchell Posey said Friday, December 18, a four month investigation involving multiple local, state and federal agencies lead to search warrants being issued and arrests involving methamphetamine traffickers in Habersham, Stephens and Baldwin County.

Posey said the multi-jurisdiction investigation disrupted a methamphetamine trafficking organization responsible for distributing approximately 60 kilograms of methamphetamine in Georgia and South Carolina over the past 2 years.

In Stephens County, the Law Enforcement team executed a search warrant at 60 Head Drive Toccoa, which resulted in the seizure of approximately 13 ounces of methamphetamine, money, and firearms.StephensHabBaldwin drug busts3

28-year old Christian Lee Hilland, and 29-year old Samantha Nicole Nagy, both of Toccoa were charged with trafficking methamphetamine and possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony.

A second search warrant was executed at a home on Red Fox Hollow Drive, in Cornelia, at the home of Jerry Lawrence Greenberg.

There, Posey said agents seized more methamphetamine and firearms.

Arrested were 31-year old Bonifacio Ramirez, of Gainesville.

Rameriz was charged with trafficking methamphetamine and an outstanding warrant out of Hall County for sale of methamphetamine.

A third search warrant was executed at a residence on Knight Circle, N.E., in Milledgeville, which resulted in the seizure of approximately 11 grams of methamphetamine, money, marijuana, and prescription narcotics.

StephensHabBaldwin drug busts 1There, agents arrested 56-year old Kerry Allan Davidson who was charged with possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute, possession and use of drug related objects, possession of a schedule IV controlled substance (Alprazolam) and possession of marijuana.

48-year old Lori Louellen Davidson, of Milledgeville, was charged with possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute and possession of marijuana.

Additionally, 31-year old Brittany Wells Blount, Gray, Georgia was charged with possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute and possession of marijuana less than one ounce. And

26-year old William Levi Daniel, also of age of Gray, Georgia was charged with possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute and possession of marijuana less than one ounce.
