Missing Banks County Woman Found Safe

A Banks County woman reported missing by her family has been found and is safe.

Banks County spokesperson Sgt. Carrissa McFaddin issued the press release this morning.

On Tuesday, Banks County investigators issued a plea for the public’s help to find 39-year old Cassie Janine Baugh, of Alto.

Baugh’s family said they had not seen or heard from her since Tuesday, October 20th.

Baugh had told her family she was going to Gainesville and would return later that day, but she never did.

Family members contacted friends and acquaintances who have advised they have not seen or heard from Baugh.

Authorities have not said where the woman was found.
