Hart County Community Theatre Premiers “Cheaper by the Dozen” Tonight

The Hart County Community Theatre premieres its latest production this weekend, Cheaper by the Dozen, beginning tonight.

Cheaper by the Dozen tells the story of the Gilbreth family.

Their inventor father, who is well-known for bringing better efficiency to factories, keeps his family of twelve children running just as efficiently.

The play is told from the point of view of two of his children reflecting on growing up in such a large family.

Director Elizabeth Murphy said it’s a wonderfully entertaining play that is funny, heart-warming, and family-friendly.

It’s also an opportunity to support local artists by spending an evening at the Hart County Community Theatre enjoying the production they’ve worked so hard to bring you.

There are three performances this weekend, and three performances next weekend. Tickets are $15 for adults, $12 for students and seniors, and $10 for kids 10 and under.

They can be purchased online at https://www.hhcct.org/ where you can also get more information about this and other upcoming performances.
