Harlan Rushing

Harlan Mosley Rushing infant son of William and Lauren Rushing of Hartwell, Ga. died Monday November 17, 2014 at Athens Regional Medical Center. A “Going Home Celebration” will be held at the Fine Arts Center on Sunday November 23 at 3 pm. Strickland Funeral Home of Hartwell is in charge of all arrangements.
