Hardee’s in Lavonia Re-opens

The newly remodeled Hardee’s in Lavonia is now open.

Hardee’s opened its doors this morning and hundreds were lined up before dawn hoping for a chance to win free breakfast for a year.

92.1’s morning host Porkchop broadcast his show from the newly remodeled Hardee’s on SR17 and said the deals will continue throughout the day.

“The crowds were here starting at 4:30a this morning,” he said. “Beginning at 6a, the first 100 people in line received free breakfasts for a year. They’re also having all kinds of other give-aways throughout the day. Folks have been looking forward to the grand re-opening of Hardee’s so there’s a lot of excitement.”

In addition to the free breakfasts, Porkchop said Hardee’s is also offering other deals to celebrate their grand re-opening, including gift cards that were sent out in the mail.

Hardee’s began the remodeling in October.  They are one of two fast food chains at the 173 Exit opening this week.  Across the road, the new Dairy Queen also opens this week.
