Franklin Co Charter System Names Teacher of the Year
Franklin Co Charter System Teacher of the Year is Yvonne Teasley (L) and Support Person of the Year is Carol Stone (R)
The Franklin County Charter School System has announced its Teachers of the Year for each school and the overall Teacher of the Year for the 2022-2023 school year.
The announcements came at their Convocation Monday morning at the Franklin County Fine Arts Center.
The 2022-2023 Teacher of the Year is Yvonne Teasley and the Support Person of the Year is Carol Stone.
School Teachers of the Year include:
- Danae Hall – Carnesville Elementary
- Sumeko Raines – Lavonia Elementary
- Katlyn Mitchu – Royston Elementary school.
- Randy Callahan – Franklin County Middle School
- Yvonne Teasley – Franklin County High School
Support Persons of the Year include:
- Andrea Yeater – Carnesville Elementary
- Morgan Akin – Lavonia Elementary
- Heather Adams – Royston Elementary
- Tiphanie Cheek – Franklin County Middle School
- Farrah Hill – Franklin County High School
- Carol Stone – Transportation
