Mr. Fletcher D. Osborne, 85, of Chamblee, formerly of Hartwell, passed away Tuesday, February 12, 2019 at Gwinnett Medical Center, Lawrenceville, GA. The family will receive friends Saturday, February 16, 2019 from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. at the Strickland Funeral Home of Hartwell. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to St. Jude ‘s Children’s Research Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis, TN, 38105 or Hart County Humane Society, PO Box 1062, Hartwell, GA 30643.
