Five Indicted in Franklin County on Financial Card Fraud

Five people have been indicted on eight counts of financial card transaction fraud by a Franklin County Grand Jury.

According to the indictment, on February 1, Tenard Tyrese Bridges, Rodney Keith Hubbard, Joshua Lamar Pitts, Simeon Arad Spurlock, and Deirico Lamar Stokes, Jr. used the bank cards from eight different people without their consent.

The five are also charged with identity fraud when they used the personal information of one of the card victims by using their name, date of birth, and South Carolina driver’s license number.

Additionally, Spurlock was charged with Driving While License Suspended and Impeding the Flow of Traffic.
