Mr. Etherage Clayton Phillips, 83, of Franklin Springs, GA passed away on Sunday, October 18, 2020, at his home. A graveside service for Mr. Phillips will be held in the New Hope Worship Center Cemetery in Danielsville, at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 21, 2020, with Rev. Harrison Lampley officiating.
