Mr. Elmo Lafayette Leroy, 83, of Hartwell, passed away Saturday, February 20, 2016 at his home. Funeral services will be Thursday February 25, 2016 at 11 am in the Chapel o Strickland Funeral Home of Hartwell. Burial will be at 3 pm at the Evergreen Memorial Park, Athens, Ga. The body is at Strickland Funeral Home of Hartwell where the family will receive friends from 6 pm to 9 pm Wednesday evening. The family is at the home. Flowers optional memorials may be made to the Mt. Olivet Baptist Church Hartwell, Ga. or to the Sardis Baptist church building Fund Hartwell, Ga.
