Mr. Elmer B. “Bud” Osborne, age 90, of Canon, passed away Saturday June 6, 2015 at Brown Health and Rehabiliatation. Funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m. Monday, June 8, 2015, at the Lavonia Chapel of Strickland Funeral Home with Rev. Malcolm Herndon officiating. Burial will be held at 3:00 p.m. at the Floral Hills Memory Gardens in Tucker, GA with military honors.
