Mary Ellen Wooten Smith Parks, 82, of Carnesville, Ga. passed away Wednesday morning February 4, 2015 at Ty Cobb Medical Center. Services will be at 11 am Saturday morning at the B.D. Ginn Memorial Chapel. Interment will be in the Middle River Baptist Church Cemetery.
