Mrs. Ellen Dutton Fowler, 74, of Royston, GA passed away on Thursday, June 27, 2019, at her home. Funeral services for Mrs. Fowler will be held in the Faith Valley Holiness Church at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, June 29, 2019, with Rev. Dorsey Holmes and Rev. Hubert Carter officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends at Faith Valley Holiness Church from 12:00 p.m. until funeral hour on Saturday afternoon. The family is at the home of Barbara Brown, 85 Hannah Creek Road Royston, GA. Pruitt Funeral Home in Royston, GA is in charge of arrangements.
