Mrs. Elizabeth Cleveland Milford, 82, of Hartwell passed away Tuesday December 1, 2015 at her home. Funeral services will be Friday December 4, 2015 at 2 pm at the First Baptist Church of Hartwell. Burial will be in the Nancy Hart Memorial Park. The body is at Strickland funeral Home of Hartwell, where the family will receive friends from 6 pm to 8 pm Thursday evening. Flowers are optional memorials may be made to the charity of one’s choice. Strickland Funeral Home of Hartwell is in charge of all arrangements.
