Elections Superintendent to Test Voting Equipment

Logic and accuracy testing on the Franklin County voting equipment is scheduled for next Wednesday, October 3rd at 9a.m.

Testing of the voting machines and other related computer equipment will continue daily until complete, according to Franklin County Elections Superintendent Tess Eubanks.

All testing is open to the public.

Meantime, Eubanks said she is now also taking applications for absentee paper ballots, which she will begin mailing out October 15th at the start of Early Voting.

Also, voter registration is now going on through October 7th for those who are not registered but want to vote in November.
