Donald Phillips

Mr. Donald Harris Phillips, 95, of Royston, GA passed away on Tuesday, July 16, 2019, at the Brown Health and Rehabilitation Center. Funeral services for Mr. Phillips will be held in the Peniel Pentecostal Holiness Church at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, July 19, 2019, with Rev. Bert Synan and Rev. Gary Osteen officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends at Peniel Pentecostal Holiness Church from 12:00 p.m. until funeral hour on Friday afternoon. The family is at their respective homes.  Flowers are optional; memorials may be made to Peniel Pentecostal Holiness Church at P.O. Box 317 Franklin Springs, GA 30639.
