Mrs. Decie Thelma Royston Parham, 99, of Bowman, Ga. passed away on Wednesday June 22, 2016 at the Hartwell Health & Rehabilitation Center in Hartwell, Ga. Funeral services will be held at 1 pm Saturday June 25, 2016 at the Pruitt Funeral HOme Chapel. Interment will follow in the Franklin Memorial Gardens-South.The family will receive friends at Pruitt Funeral Home from 6 pm until 8 pm Friday evening.
