Mr. William Davis “Dave” Quay, 67, of Royston, GA passed away on Saturday, September 01, 2018, at the Piedmont Athens Regional Medical Center in Athens, GA. A memorial service for Mr. Quay will be held at Camp Little Light on Sunday, September 9, 2018, at 2:00 p.m. The family will receive friends immediately following this service that afternoon.
