Creason Named New Franklin County Elections Supervisor

Franklin County Interim Elections Supervisor Tracie Creason has been given the job permanently.

At the Board of Elections meeting Wednesday, Chairman Scott Andrews announced they had hired Creason as the new Elections Supervisor.

“It is my honor and privilege to announce that Tracie is our new Elections Supervisor. We are really excited about that. She’s done a great job. She’s made it through the last two elections and she’s done really well. We look forward to working with you. I talked to all the Board members and we’re excited to have you and we know you will do a great job.”

“I’m very excited and looking so forward to serving Franklin County, I really am,” she said Wednesday.

She said Wednesday she has a lot of plans ahead.

“We’re just going to get to work with them and we’re going to do training and learn what we need to learn and have a great election year,” she said.

Creason began her career with the Franklin County Elections as a poll worker and then a poll manager before moving into the election office as the Elections Clerk.
