Mrs. Angie Collis Elrod Carter, age 89, of Lavonia died Friday Augusts 28, 2015 at Brown Health and Rehab. The funeral service will be held at 11 am at the Lavonia Chapel of Strickland Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Lavonia City Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Monday evening from 6 pm to 9 pm.At other hours the family will be at the home.
