Clifford John Howard, age 61, of Lavonia, passed away Thursday, October 29, 2020 at Northeast Georgia Medical Center. A funeral service will be held 2:00 p.m. Monday, November 2, 2020, at the chapel of Strickland Funeral Home of Lavonia.
