Clarence William Young, 86, of the Red Hill community, passed away Sunday morning, February 25, 2018, at the Clary Center in Toccoa, GA. Services will be held Wednesday Morning at 11 AM at the Allens United Methodist Church. Interment will be in the Allens United Methodist Church Cemetery.
