Christmas at the Goffs Light Display Going On Through December 30

If you haven’t taken the family through the 2022 Christmas at the Goffs light display in Canon now is the time to do it.

Every year, Robbie and Donna Goff, co-owners of World of Tires, have turned their farm on Starr’s Bridge Road into a Christmas wonderland that emphasizes the real reason for the season.

This is the 23rd year for the light display that opened at their home on Starrs Bridge Road Friday, November 25, and runs through December 30th.

Visitors can view the light display from 6p to 10p every night.

Much of the display is a walk-through and some of it is drive-through.

New this year is their Nightmare Before Christmas display done by the Goff’s 12yr old son RJ.

There are some other changes this year.

Sadly, Santa is too busy making toys right now to put in an appearance this year so he and Mrs. Claus will not be there.

And Goff tells WLHR News that due to a family emergency he may or may not have time for bonfires and hot chocolate this year but if and when he does he will post it on their FB page.

Also, Robbie Goff reminds everyone that you are welcome to bring your dog but dogs must be on a leash and you need to pick up any little deposits they make. So have some doggie bags with you.

Goff said as in years past, they are taking donations for the Franklin Life Pregnancy Center which is anything a mother or babies can use…diapers, wipes, clothes…etc., as well as for The Rainbow Pantry of Royston.

There will also still be a general donations box that goes towards helping the Goffs pay the power bill and portable restroom expenses.  Goff said any extra monetary donations will be split between the charities

He said donations are never expected but greatly appreciated.

Again, the Christmas at the Goffs light display is every night from 6p to 10p at the Goff’s farm on Starrs Bridge Road in Canon and it is free and open to the public.
