Mr. Walter Lewis “Chip” Haines, 47, of Hartwell, Georgia, died on Wednesday, December 31, 2014, at Rainey Hospice House in Anderson, South Carolina. A memorial service will be held on Wednesday January 7, 2015 at 2 pm at the Faith Lutheran Church.In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Wounded Warrior Project, 3343 Peachtree Road, NE #M20, Atlanta, GA 30326.
