Mr. Charles Thomas Hilley,72, of Bowman, Ga. passed away Thursday February 11, 2016 at Hart Care Center. Funeral services will be Tuesday February 10. 2016 at 11 am at the Bethany Baptist Church. Burial will be in the Bethany Baptist Church Cemetery. The body will be placed in the church at 10 am Tuesday morning. The family will receive friends from 10 am to 11 am Tuesday morning prior to the service. The family is at the home. Strickland Funeral Home of Hartwell is in charge of all arrangements.
