Mr. Charles Ray Black Jr., 68, of Martin, passed away Thursday, July 6, 2107 at his home. A memorial service celebrating Charles’ life will be held at a later date by the family. The Strickland Funeral Home and Cremation Services of Hartwell is in charge of all arrangements.
