Chamber Holding Trade Show Today in Lavonia

The Franklin County Chamber of Commerce is holding its annual business trade show this afternoon.

This year’s trade show will be held from noon to 3p today at First Baptist Church in Lavonia.

Chamber director Tonya Powers says the goal is to promote local businesses in Franklin County.

“The whole concept is to get the businesses out in front of the public. It’s to have them bring their products and advertise them and put out to the public what they do,” Powers said.

The event will allow businesses and organizations to present and meet people through face to face interaction as well as scheduling demos throughout the day.

Powers calls the Business Expo the ultimate networking opportunity.  The Business Trade Show will also be open to the public.

Powers said attendees should bring business cards to use as an “entry form” to win door prizes.  For more information, you can contact Powers (706) 384-4659 or email:[email protected].
