Cecil McMullen

Mr. Cecil Victor McMullen, 79, of Lavonia, passed away Friday, June 8, 2018 at his home following an extended illness. A Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, July 21, 2018 at the Church of God of the Union Assembly in Lavonia from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. He will be laid to rest in the family cemetery in Meridian, Mississippi.
