Former Lavonia City Clerk Pat Fitzpatrick has died. Fitzpatrick served as  the City Clerk and Treasurer of Lavonia for 27 years.  She died Wednesday at Ty Cobb Regional Medical Center. Funeral arrangements are incomplete and will be announced later by Ginn Funeral Home of Carnesville. Pat Fitzpatrick was 75.
