Mr. James Bryel “Buck” Phillips, 81, passed away on Monday, August 7, 2017, at St. Mary’s Sacred Heart in Lavonia, GA. Funeral services will be held at Pruitt Funeral Home Chapel on Wednesday, August 7, 2017, at 2:00 P.M. Entombment will follow in the Franklin Memorial Gardens-South. The family will receive friends at Pruitt Funeral Home on Wednesday afternoon from 2:00 P.M. until funeral hour. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be made to the charity of one’s choice. Pruitt Funeral Home in Royston, GA is in charge of arrangements.
