Britt & Leigh – Young Adult Cats Need Special Home Together

Britt and Leigh have been on a long chaotic journey together.

The girls are 15-month-old bonded sisters rescued from an uncertain future at an overcrowded public intake shelter.

Pregnant, they could not stay in the shelter, the Hart Co Humane Society rescued them.

Together they had 9-kittens 5 days apart. It was truly magical watching the sisters care for each other’s kittens as well as each other.

Britt and Leigh are affectionate towards each other and love being with people. We are looking for a special family who will adopt the calm, quiet young cats together. They are available to an inside-always home where they will not be declawed.

The sisters are spayed, feline leukemia/FIV negative, microchipped, appropriately vaccinated, and treated for parasites.

Applications to adopt Britt and Leigh can be found at harthumane.org. For more information, please call/text 706-436-0965 or email [email protected].

The Hart County Humane Society is a volunteer rescue organization and receives no funding from any government agencies. We are a 501C3 non-profit organization, donations are desperately needed to fund our foster/rescue and spay/neuter programs. Donations can be mailed to P.O.
