Mrs. Brenda Jean Powell Bailey, 70, Hartwell, died Monday, June 9, 2014 at AnMed Health Medical Center in Anderson, SC.  Funeral services will be Friday, June 13, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. in the Chapel of the Strickland Funeral Home of Hartwell.  Burial will follow in the Sardis Baptist Church Cemetery.  The body is at Strickland Funeral Home of Hartwell, where the family will receive friends Friday, June 13, 2014, from 12:00 to 2:00 p.m. prior to the service.
