Mr. Bobby David Richard Smith, 74, of Hartwell, GA passed away on Tuesday, September 18, 2018, at his home. Funeral services for Mr. Smith will be held in the Pruitt Funeral Home Chapel at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, September 21, 2018, with Rev. Fred Greenway officiating. Interment will follow in the Rose Hill Cemetery in Royston, GA. The family will receive friends at Pruitt Funeral Home from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. on Thursday evening. The family is at the home.
