Robert “Bob” Sibbald Toomy, 66, of Royston, GA passed away on Tuesday, November 6, 2018, at The Oaks in Athens, GA. Bob’s wishes were to be cremated, with no visitation or services, but with a memorial celebration at a later date. Pruitt Funeral Home in Royston, GA is in charge of arrangements.
