William Earl “Billy” Shackelford, 70, of Martin, Ga. passed away Monday February 6, 2017 at his home. Graveside services will be Wednesday morning February 8, 2017 at 11 am at the Middle River Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 9 am until 11 am at Ginn Funeral Home.
