Mr. Clarence Billy Davis, age 53 of Royston, passed away on Tuesday, May 23, 2023 at Landmark Hospital in Athens. Funeral services celebrating the life of Billy Davis will be held on Saturday, May 27, 2023 at Noon from the Chapel of Coile and Hall Funeral Directors. Reverend Randall Starrett and David Vickery will officiate. Cremation will follow service. The family will greet friends Saturday one hour prior to service at the funeral home.
