Mrs. Billie Jo Harris Randall, 60, of Hartwell, Ga. passed away Sunday September 13, 2015 at her home. Memorial service will be Saturday September 19, 2015 at 2 pm in the Chapel of Strickland Funeral Home of Hartwell. The family will receive friends at the funeral home one hour prior to the service.
