Ms. Betty Lou Rose, age 62, of Toccoa, passed away Tuesday, November 6, 2018 at Northeast Georgia Medical Center. The memorial service will be held 5:00 p.m. Thursday, November 8, 2018 at the chapel of Strickland Funeral Home of Lavonia with Rev. John Forbes officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Thursday from 4:00 p.m. until the service. Ms. Rose will be cremated in accordance with her request.
