Mrs. Betty Cordell Vickery Payne, 88, of Hartwell, passed away Friday, February 3, 2023, at Brown Heath & Rehab in Royston, Georgia.  Funeral services will be held Tuesday, February 7, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. in the Chapel of the Strickland Funeral Home of Hartwell.  Burial will be in the.
