Mrs. Betty Jo (Outz) Owens, age 75, of Canon, died Sunday, March 13, 2016 at St. Mary’s Hospice House. The funeral service will be held as a visitation Monday evening from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. She will be laid to rest in Carey Memorial Gardens. Strickland Funeral Home – Lavonia Chapel is in charge of the arrangements.
