Betty Louise Collins Norris, age 90, of Hartwell, formerly of Canon, passed away Tuesday, January 17, 2023 at Hartwell Healthcare & Rehabilitation following an extended illness. The funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, January 20, 2023 at the chapel of the Strickland Funeral Home of Lavonia with Rev. Courtney Umbehant officiating. Burial will follow at Bowers Memorial Park in Canon. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Friday from 10:00 a.m. until the service.
