Bell Family YMCA Honors 9/11 Heroes With Fitness Challenge

Sunday marked the 21st anniversary of the September 11th attacks.  The YMCA of Georgia’s Piedmont Branch which includes the Bell Family YMCA has launched its “Honor the Heroes Fitness Challenge in honor of the first responders of 9/11.

They are asking people to honor their memories by climbing 110 flights of stairs. 

Participants  can register as an individual or as a team and will have the entire month of September to track their climb.

A portion of the proceeds will be donated to an organization in honor of all who have served. 

Registration is $35 for individuals and includes a t-shirt or $25 per person if on a team and also includes a t-shirt.
